Pirate Cricket
Pirates
At the Old Peninsula Cricket Club, located in the heart of Mt Eliza, we come together to socialize and celebrate the great game of cricket. At our core is the drive to bring together all things great about Cricket, a game that transcends age, gender, ethnicity, and physical boundaries.
The Old Peninsula Cricket Club was founded in 1978, Pirate players past and present call the Club a second home. We welcome diversity and embrace the unconventional.
Our home is based in the Heart of Mt Eliza, with parts of our junior program based out of the Howard Parker Reserve (Mt Eliza) and at Peninsula Grammar. We encourage you to participate both on and off the park.
Senior Cricket
Currently fielding 4 senior teams Old Peninsula Cricket Club is always open to new team members joining our family.
Junior Cricket
Old Peninsula is proud of its junior cricket program with teams across age divisions and a blasters program for those starting their cricket journey.
Our current 1st XI captain was part of the foundation junior membership, setting the example for many Pirates who have transitioned from the junior to senior ranks.
